The Logos Project

We are a Marist Youth Development organisation and intergenerational community, engaging with 10,000 young people annually. Our mission is to develop transformational leaders who are compassionate, empowered, and grounded in faith. Through our diverse programmes and activities, we strive to inspire and equip young people to make meaningful contributions to their communities and the wider world.

Who are we?

We are a team of experienced youth workers who believe in the potential of all young people. With strong faith backgrounds, we strive to be authentic role models of servant leadership, hope, and community, demonstrating the vital role youth workers play in fostering a supportive and empowering environment.

Overview of our programmes

Retreats

Logos specialises in Catholic retreats for young people, offering an integrated experience of faith relevant to today's youth. Our retreats foster transformation, challenge the norm, and present fresh perspectives. Young people leave with a deepened relationship with God and the formation to navigate their spiritual journeys.

Eco Justice

Our eco-justice programmes empower young people to become future leaders and agents of change. These initiatives respond to Pope Francis’ call to raise awareness about the climate crisis, offering young people opportunities to drive sustainable change. By engaging in these programmes, young people develop a deeper understanding of environmental stewardship and their role in protecting our planet.

Leadership

Being a leader requires vision, integrity, and empathy. Our leadership programmes create a safe space for emerging leaders to acquire new skills and deepen their faith and vocation. Emphasising servant leadership, these programmes teach young people to lead by example and foster community. Through mentorship and hands-on experiences, participants learn to inspire others and make meaningful contributions.
